DRO+ software bugfix

OK, I fixed the resolution limit in the DRO interface. As of now,
the upper limit on resolution is 999999999 counts per inch. I
hope that nobody is gonna top that one. :) I think it's bug-free
now, but I'd very much appreciate some testing feedback.

I also updated the text demo to represent the 4-axis version of
the software. Not a big deal, but it was easy enough to do.

One last thing guys: Believe it or not, but I don't have a single
machine in my shop. However, I finally have enough cash on the
side to start looking. If anyone knows of a reputable dealer in
the Phoenix area, or a private owner wishing to sell, or even a
dealer elsewhere in the country willing to ship at a good price
(although I don't want to dump half my money into freight costs)
*please* let me know about it! I'd really like one of the mini
knee mills like the Clausings, but pass on any info you have on
knee mills of any type that can be had for an HSM price. Lathes
are OK too, but I might be able to drag what looks like an 8" SB
home for a song (gathering dust at work). Thank you *very* much
for any help you can provide.
