Jon,
You have obviously found the source of your problems. The P100 and
P90's caused many problems with programs that are maths hungry.
I once tried to run Bobcad 17 on a P90 not thinking. I had all sorts
of problems. One of the better ones was a 28,000 line program then
just kept going round the inside of the letter 'O' again, and again,
and again..........

Unless you can move up to a P300 minimum keep with a 486 DX2 66 or
100.
The maths co-processors in those are really good.
