That thought did occure to me, but I thought they had that worked out by
the time the 100mhz chips came out. Could well be a problem.
Bill Griffin confirmed to me that there are some issues with Ahha and
certain computers, HP being one of them, though he wasn't sure of the
specifics. I was running the MaxNC software when my dad bought an Ahha
Pro setup. In his discussions with them before buying, they'd mentioned
to avoid HP and a couple other brands. He neglected to pass this info
along to me when I went computer shopping on eBay for him. When I bought
my Ahha setup, I bought an identical HP. After I discovered I was losing
steps, THEN he remembers the Ahha warning...
