Joe, you lucky Dog!
The schematic for th 2KW version DoAll Welder is posted on the MWN site.
I will send you file seperatly. All the "timing" to this thing is is a cam
that allows opening of the 230V primary contacts at some point as the metal fuses and
the spring loaded clamp/contacts come together. The blade ends are always put in
contact (touching all the way across) then clamped tight. The cam simply
sets when the contacts are pushed open by the spring loaded right contact.
