your opinions please

Hey group,
Since a number of you have been helpful to me in the past, I am
writing this post in order to get your opinions, and please let me
know them. As many of you know I have felt some disappointment in my
interactions with doug on CNCpro help and don't want to overeact but
I am continually feeling more and more frustrated. Please let me know
if I am expecting to much by asking to have my questions answered
with a little more depth and information. I have written many times
to doug with no responces and if so with many days inbetween. I have
downloaded his program 6 times now in hopes that the "help" file
would work with no luck. Does anyone have the help file working?
Please do understand that I am NOT trying to "stir up" any problems
or hard feeling or make business hard for anyone (I would just like
some help) but I do think its fair for others that are planning to
pay for the programs to know not to expect much help on them. I will
say again, as I have many times in the past, CNCPro and Ace converter
have worked flawlessly on my machine and I think they are excellent
programs so don't hesitate to buy them. I just feel mislead on the
help. I have included the most recent posts I have had with doug so
please let me know if I am in the wrong. I would like to hear your
thoughts. It starts from the bottom to the top.

I never recieved any return back on the other letters I sent. Guess
I need better subject lines to get your attention :):):)
my questions where...

1) what are the IO1 through IO4 for?

controlling external switches like coolant, spindle, etc.

2)I tried your L (loop gcode) example but it does not work..how
do I use that?

do the example, it works.

3)Your help file that is downloaded with the cncpro does not
work?

yes it does

4)Your link for "download the newest exe. files" I find nothing?

hmm. not sure why not.

I haven't recieved any questions recently that i haven't replied to.
must be having mail problems. just for future reference though you
should join the discussion group at onelist.com called
CAD_CAM_EDM_DRO. they can probably answer these questions faster and
better then me.
