I have been using those modules for about 3 years. You need a printed
circuit board to mount them. I sell a couple products that aren't listed on
my web site that are designed around them. The only problem with them is
that they don't have auto current reduction. So I have designed a little
board that adds that feature to them. A variety of stepper motor dealers
sells them. Pacsci and General as well as Superior Electric all use them.
