current. As the amount of energy stored in its field is proportional to the
inductance, this has a regulating effect in some circuits. To some extent
all iron core inductors exhibit this (usually undesirable) behavior, in this
case it has been designed for.

I had a burst of energy to work on the mill, but I'm taking delivery of a
