Several years ago I tried to get source code from Otto (MaxNC
programmer). He would not, but said he was writing some 'hooks' into
the code for someone in Canada who wanted to create an interface for
it. Never saw that come to pass, BUT...

The Motion Group in San Jose,CA seem to have used the maxnc 'engine'
with a self-written interface. (possibly using the 'hooks' Otto was
speaking of back then???)
