The very thing I have my brain cooking up!
At least a 2 axis unit, at first. From what I understand this would be a X - Y
table setup (2 pairs of slide way rods, crossed to leave a thru pocket for the wire
and cutting area) and wire feed/takeup reels with EDM electronics. The controller
will have a current sense input to pause on contact-wait-procede scheme.
The voltage/current contol will have to be a little more refined than the usual
Plunge EDM units. Does this sound pretty much "on rack"?
