Jon,

I'll say it again. The renishaw probe is just a '3d actuated' single
pole single throw switch! (SPST). No magic! (according to the patents
claims and drawings) people are making this harder than it is, IMO.

Yes, there are MANY debounce circuits available. Try a search on
switch debounce circuit and you'l prob'ly see hunnerds!

I know what i'm about to say is 'arthroscopic' as well, but debounce
in s/w is easy and effective.
