Erik,

We cut allot of inconel and titanium at work. Inconel is hard on tools and
hard to work with. Titanium isn't near as bad depending on grade I watched
some cutting of Beta grade 4 titanium and it didn't look nice. Fun part is
taking the fine cuttings and lighting them on fire.

Don't give up, but you are taking on a big project. I think there is a
fellow in Saskatchewan who has done this, made a wonderful model of a
Snowbird. I could be wrong on his location but if you check some of the back
issues of the rc model magazines you may find the article on his plane.
