Woody, Thank you for clearing this up. I was told "the glass flowed"
at a young age (art museum tour) and have been repeating the
misinformation ever since! (when it was "confirmed" by the personal
observations in old building...)

Just reminds me not to hold too tightly to what I "KNOW" I know!
