I started with coax at home and it worked well when I had 2 systems in the
same room. I changed over to UTP when my home network grew and it was
getting to be a real pain to get everything on the linear bus topology that
coax requires. Now that it is 6 systems on the network I am happy I made the
switch as it is much easier to hook them up.
