Cool idea!
I've never really got to look at a flood or mist system up close
(In all my manual machining experience (which is limited!) I've
always used the "paintbrush" ;)
Are you using the parts washer as a "catch" for runoff, or just using
the pump system? Do these systems typically catch runoff, or is
the coolant rate low enough that there is not a terrible amount of
waste? I'm thinking along the lines of doing something for a
mini mill...
