Maybe not too likely but L. pneumophila is not easy to kill. I survives hot water tanks and low levels of Cl.
The good news is that it is not very invasive unless you are immunocompromised, being treated with steroids
for an injury could do though. The other good news is that there are good antibiotics to use.
