I use a Sears "Die Grinder" model 315.27440 26,500 rpm 2.5 amps.
I like it alot. It has a long nose, good for reaching into tight valleys,
and can be mounted nicely because theres a machined circular band
halfway up just above four housing screws. Making an aluminum
mount (3/8 or 1/2" thick) with a 2.57" dia hole, and securing it with
countersunk allen-head capscrews makes a nice sturdy arrangement.

Also, the cooling air from the motor blows out just below this
mount, blasting away the swarf. There is also another machined
ring 1.375" dia just above the bit (pull off the rubber to see it),
which could be used for mounting, but I don't.
