DEFLECTION OF SOLID SHAFT

I have been watching the group for a few months but this is my first
post. I have uploaded an Excel file to the Files folder. I created
the Excel worksheet to help me figure out the basic solid shaft size
I would need to build a small gantry mill. After all the discussion
of machine stiffness on this list I thought this might be useful.
