Please consider the possibility of entering a preset number, thus allowing
you to correct a number if you lose it, (power outage). This will also allow
counting down if it happens to be desirable for the job being done. Also you
can dictate what the count display is from any starting point.
One key to select "preset", the selected number should blink or be
highlighted, incrementing thru lsd to msd each time it is pressed, and
another key that will allow the "incrementing" any number that has been
selected to count up one, each time a key is pressed. The count should
continue to increment back thru zero if key is pushed enough times. This
will allow counting down if it happens to be desirable for the job being
done.
If it is easier, one could also just type in a number, to enter it.
