Hi Tracy,
Thanks for the info.
I have been fairly successful with MillWizard with all the four models that
came as examples with the software. It is very user friendly, I am glad to
say. I have milled the "lady" in aluminium (Brit English spelling) and a
smaller one on a piece of scrap brass. You need to convert the model to mm's
to get it real small. I haven't tried any other models. What is a good
website to down load models from? (from which to download models??).
My SuperCam came with the Taig MicroMill. I will try a deeper cut with
SuperCam, but I don't think that is the
problem. I have seen a finished sample on a 1/8 thick clear sheet and it
very good. I guess I
need to magnify my Z axis movement by something like a factor of 10. There
must be a way.
if only I could understand the instructions! I am again using the samples
that came with the software. May be I should try some sharper pics.
Thanks again
Best wishes
Stan
