Another site to look at is www.smooth-on.com/ They have a variety of
products and mold materials including C1508 an Aluminum filled Urethane that
is thin enough in it's liquid state so that you could add e-glas or carbon
fibre re-inforcemet to it for added tensile strength. No most of their
products are not cheap but it is a one stop shop with everything you need
