From my section view it looks like some kind of plate with cap screws, but it could also be with shims, or with a double nut
somewhere on the screw.
My Bridgeport is CNC, it does not have the same setup (I.E., the nuts move, not the screw)
I would suggest just go to any local shop and ask to borrow their owner's manual to make copies. There will be a page on how to
adjust this endplay. I'm assuming your replacement screws didn't change the original preload method. If they did you may need to
add shims or something.
Also try calling the ballscrew people, they should be obliged to tell you how to correctly install their screws.
