If you needed to buy new ones I have an excelent supplier in Germany who
charges
frecuently a third or fourth of that what you pay in US for special
bearings. (1.quality)(I buy there spindle bearings.)
Give him the spects to quote.:

But in one ocasion I had worn lock plates on a bearing block. Have a
closer look.
It might be, you just have to retouch the lock plates or tension nut on
the the
surface grinder.
