Can't find them. Is it considered bad PCB etiquette to clip alternate pins
of a 10 pin bussed network? This would sure make it easier to get from the
tranceivers to the resistors to the screw terminals.

I put the optocouplers along side the tranceiver. I can connect every other
tranceiver output to a pin 2 of an opto with a straight line. But if I put
the SIP between them to tie with pin 1 of each opto, it will require me to
re-route the lines to each pin 2. It is a minor issue but straight lines
make it easier to do hand layout.
