The Fagor documentation is mediocre. Looks like a translation from
Spanish(?) by a non-native English speaker. Not as bad as some of
the Japanese/Asian translations I've dealt with, it could be much
better, though.

Since everything is made off-shore these days, I never cease to be
amazed by the arrogance(is that the right term?) of the manufacturers
in not providing readable English manuals. I had a high quality
Japanese machine whose electrical schematics were in both
English/Japanese. Where ever there was a note in the schematic it'd
have a huge block of Japanese characters, then maybe a single word in
English, like "switch".
