EMC web site firewalled

EMC users,

The EMC web site (and most other NIST web sites) were firewalled over
the weekend. We are in the process of moving the pages to a server
outside the firewall, but they're not there now. I'll let you know when
they're back up.

This includes the FTP site. If I put out a new release I'll FTP this
somewhere that is accessible. If you'd like to mirror the EMC stuff let
me know.

I'm hoping to set up aliases so the web URLs won't have to change.
