Hi Jon,

I hadn't thought about the acceleration tables. I suppose I could
multiply all the step "points" by 10? And then it would follow that one
would have to take 10x steps to get to the next rate change point.
Sounds like I need another parameter for uStepping, to extend (multiply)
the rate table.

More thinking required.
