4-axis EMC

Hi,

I have placed files in the dropbox on www.linuxcnc.org which are appropriate
for a stepper-driven mill working in 4 axes (3 linear and one rotary) The
files are: mini4.ini, mini4.run,tkemc4, and Readme.txt
