Although I agree that Intellicad is better than Autosketch in a lot of ways,
I differ in my opinion of the utility of Autosketch. The first application I
bought with my shiny new 8088 computer was Autosketch V 1.0. Autosketch has
only been available since 1986, but the current product is more a descendent
of something called Drafix Cad, if my information is correct.

For less than $100, I think I got my moneys worth. Compared with Version 1
of Design Cad 3D, Autosketch was an absolute bargain, in terms of useability
and utility.

I have both Autosketch (6.0) and Intellicad installed on this computer. I
usually use to Autosketch, maybe because I had to pay for it :-).
