This is one item that Harbor Freight might have. I normally do
not go to HF for anything requiring precision or sophistication,
but a mill/drill stand?

For the price, you can't build one cheaper.

I should think all the mill/drills made by RF should have about
the same footprint. But to be sure, measure the stand base, then
you'll know what size pan to search out. Check Enco too.
