Scott,

BTW, you really ought to consider popping for a CNC grade rotary
converter. You have some expensive hardware there, and if you are not
careful, you can blow a lot of expensive electronic hardware.
At the least, get a 3 phase power conditioner or filter. I might not
have described that right, but I've seen devices advertised that clean
up and help regulate 3 phase power to protect sensitive electronics
downstream.

Another note, some machines with 3-pole contactors will not start on a
static converter. My dad has a Hardinge 2nd op lathe, and no matter how
he hooked things up, the contactors would not close using the static
box, he had to build a rotary.
