Tim is correct, dont' expect to attain a finish like that with a fly
cutter. You can get a very nice finish with a face mill but you will
still have to buff or polish.
Best finish I have ever seen was with a face mill on a Cincinatti
vertical mill cutting tool steel blocks. But you're talking about a
very large, very ridgid machine.
Use 200 then 400 grit wet/dry, then use a buffer.
