My own personal preference would be a short C or Perl script, but Excel
should be able to do this as well:

Have Excel generate the G-code for you. If you're already generating the
X and Y coordinates for a parabola, put in the extra verbage necessary for
it to be G-code, then save that block as ASCII to a text file.

Have I done this? No, so unfortunately I can't help you directly. Am I
planning to? Yes, but not for parabola, so expect me to be asking
questions about this later. ;)
