If you have a laser printer, try the "Press-n-Peel" Blue stuff.

I much prefer it to photo etching. That's what I use for boards I can't
mechanically etch on my mill or that I don't send out to a board shop.( so I
don't use it all that much anymore )
Another good development bulb you can use is a "Photo Flood" available at
any photographics supply store.
