Aug-30-99 EMC release set free

The August 30 release of EMC has been freed from the confines of the NIST
firewall!!!

You can get it by going to http://www.ktmarketing.com/CNC.html and selecting
the link titled "Enhanced Machine Controller This is a real time machine
controller that can run servos or steppers". It is in the middle of the
bottom group of links.

Fred, is there a release notes that we can put out for download to go with
the new program file? Also, do you want to get the segmented file to me so
people that are using floppies and sneaker net can get updated??
