I'm no expert, but I really can't make any sense of your second set of
figures. A six wire stepper should electrically look like two
entirely seperate center tapped coils. You should be able to identify
two groups of three wires with the ohm meter. There will be no
continuity between the two groups. Within each group, there will be
one wire (center tap) which exhibits a low resistance to each of the
other two, while these outer two exhibit about twice this resistance
to each other.
Your phase leads are these outer two of each group that exhibit the
higher resitance. For a bipolor drive you connect only these four
wires and leave the center taps unconnected. For a unipolar drive,
you tie the other two wires together and connect them to the common.
If you get it all hooked up and the motor just vibrates without
turning, swap the outer leads on one of the windings.

(PS - I have a motor with the same color wires, and on mine the phase
leads are blue&green and red&yellow. Black and white are the center
taps, although I don't know which is which as I'm not using them).
