No, only 3 steppers. X, Y, and Z on the knee.

The Wizard is an air powered drive for the spindle. While it may look after
market my understanding is that it was OEM. From what I know about it
(little) and what I can figure it is triggered by the controller and it has
a feed rate that is adjustable from the dial on you see in the picture. The
depth is controlled my the pins you see in front of the spindle. I am
considering scrapping the Wizard and replacing it with either a motor and
then I would use the knee in the conventional manner with the quill being
moved by the computer or making it just a manual quill and drive the knee by
the computer. Don't think I can see enough value in the air driven Wizard to
make it worth the effort to get it integrated into the new controller. If
someone knows more about it I am all ears.

I have no idea on the weight. I told the truck line it was 7,000 lbs and
they gave me a rate that probably would not have been any cheaper if I said
it was 4,000 lbs. They never told me any different.
