If it is not available before then, I will post it to the group files
archive, when I get back in town next Tuesday or Wednesday. No
yeager CNC pro machines were at NAMES to test, else we would have.

;-)

We also showed the beta version of the new StlWork. It lets you
select the area to be machined with rubberband zones in a front
and/or top view. Also creates waterline contours, as well as the
previous raster cutting patterns. Waterlines let you utilize the
side flutes of a Ball end mill when the geometry is vertical, and
avoid cutting with the tip of the cutter which is the slowest cutting
speed. Nearly all the cutting is done with teh radius of teh ball
*AWAY* from the tip. Target cuting Areas can be selected by the angle
from horizontal. StlWork 2 allows you to create any number of cutting
strategies for different portions of the Stlmodel, combining
horizontal, vertical, waterline strategies over any or all of the
model, in any order and with selectable Z level roughing and stock
allowances. It still also allows you to create the tool path for the
part or for the mold as a male or female selection, (with parting
line definition) and automatically adds flat margins to the outside
contour of the model.
