I guess that out of the 5,000 or so emails we receive each
year, we -do- let a few drop through the cracks. I'm sorry
it happened to you; and sorry you weren't able to get to a
phone at the time to call us directly. If either one of
those had happened, we could have you as a happy customer
right now.
Maybe this year we'll finally achieve perfection, so we can
be like all the other vendors.
Joe V. & John S., I really appreciate your support. You both
hit the nail on the head about support calls and costs for
smaller firms. What people come to expect from a Sony or 3M,
they also, without thinking, expect from an Ah-ha or Flashcut;
and it's pretty much impossible for a small firm to deliver that,
as much as we try to do so.
Sorry 'bout the delay on the 'tech' info. I'll try to post it
tonight.
