GEM-500G II Bed Mill more info

Hi again,
I received a quick response from Paul Yang at Apac Machinery Co. Ltd.
in Taiwan when I requested info and price. He said the 500G model is
discontinued, replaced by the 500GII. I think the 500GII has a 2
speed motor option giving 12spd total. The price he gave for 6 unit
minimum order was $1840 US per unit, not including shipping or
duties. This includes a cast base, drawbar, 1.5HP motor, toolbox.
Head rotates 90 R/L, 3" quill dia., 60-3000RPM, 5" quill travel, 32"
x 9.5" table size.
I have not found anybody in the US that imports this unit, but Enco's
Machinery Showcase web site is under construction right now, so I am
hoping they come up with it. I have seen this unit on a Finnish web
site, and 2 from Taiwan. The one I have seen up close is like a
scaled up version of the RF-45, everything is bigger and heavier.
