Group files

We just about hit our cap in the file section today. To help give us some
room to work with I have pulled down some of the files and deleted them from
the section. I will be migrating them to the server the FAQ is on and
putting together a page that will allow them to be accesses. May take a week
or so to get it all done. Will let the list know how to access the files
once the new archive is online.
