I refrain from mentioning the company because they themselves were not
the ones that directly found my post. After further communication, it
seems a customer of theirs, a third party, complained about slander.
And really if there was anything for anyone to get in a huff about it
was the person whom I'd asked for more details on -his- comments.
In other words, I think someone out there has a screw loose. Maybe two..
There's more details, not relevant to this forum, I've not related.
No need to drag the company in at this point, they were simply looking
into it as it turns out.

I did comment back however, that I hoped they understood the difference
between legitimate criticisms/complaints and slander.
