I haven't seen either of these mills, but if they are anything like my big
mill, they will have some sort of bracket on the end of the table which
holds the bearings for the lead screw. The crank handles would be mounted
on the shaft outboard of these bearings. If this is correct, then the
easiest way to mount the motors would be to replace the bearing brackets
with a new one (you'll habve to make it) designed to work with the drive
motor you intend to use.
You can design the motor mount to allow use of direct drive or reduced drive
thru a pair of pulleys. You could even design your system to allow use of
the manual crank as an adjunct to the CNC drive if desired.
