Help required on steppers

I have been offered some steppers:-

Superior Electric Slo-Syn
All new, one does not have polystyrene block packing.
Model M092-FD-8814
200 oz-ins
200 steps per rev
Single ended shaft
Spec BM101029

Looking at the spec sheets at:-

It list the M092-FD-8814's as being 261 N-cm force. That's 2.61 N-m
which converts to 369 oz in.

Can anybody shed any light on this ??
I've checked my maths but would appreciate it if someone could
correct me.
