Pinout for Shopmaster Servo2000 controller input connector

I have recently purchased a Shopmaster Eldorado with CNC servo option
and am having some trouble getting the servos to move in a coherent
fashion.

A couple of calls and emails to the supplier (Advanced Innovation)
and a couple of emails to Shoptask requesting the pinout for the
parallel input connector to the Servo200 controller have yielded
zip...

I'd like to identify the step and direction pins in particular. I
have looked into the box, and the input junction board appears to have
some sort of isolation circuit on it, which prevents me from tracking
the traces back to the individual driver boards which have the header
connectors clearly identified for step and direction.

I am a mechanical not an E.E. and don't want to screw the controller
up in case it needs to go back.The unit comes with essentially zero
documentation.
