Out of curiosity, why not consider the "hobby machines?" Plenty of them are
being used by small businesses to turn a good buck or two. Of course, the
discussion should also include the limitations (size, speed, precision,
repeatability, etc.)

Presumably you're talking new...and I'm assuming we're not talking
home brews or hobby machines.

You'd be hard pressed to find anything decent within your budget
constraints. Especially when you mention software, training, support
& parts. Add another $10K and you're getting closer.
