Presumably you're talking new...and I'm assuming we're not talking
home brews or hobby machines.
You'd be hard pressed to find anything decent within your budget
constraints. Especially when you mention software, training, support
& parts. Add another $10K and you're getting closer.
Incidently, Emco-Maier is one of the best from the service & parts
standpoint, 800 number to a very knowledgeable service staff for
their production machines. I believe the CNC5 was a small hobby
type, training machine, so don't let that color your opinion of their
product line. I don't think they market mills in this country
anymore anyway.
