Mastercam help....

Hi All,

If there are any of you with knowledge of Mastercam I could use a little
help.

I am trying to use cutter comp in a proigram to make some side rods for a
model stem locomotive. But I keep getting the following area when I verify
the program.

"Simulated cutter compensation in control at entity 2 of 22. This is also
where the control will stop. Check for arcs with radius less than or equal
to the tool radius and for perpendicular entry/exit lines. Check q. 160 in
the .pst file."

The minimum radius in the chain is .250" (1/2 diameter). The simulation
works with a 1/8" diameter endmill but not with a 1/4" endmill. I should
only be having radius problems with 1/2 and above.
