Hi Steve:
Do you have entry and exit moves set for the toolpaths?
They are often the problem if the arcs are too small.
Another area that sometimes screws me up is the entry moves in a pocketing
routine.
Check these issues out by turning them off and seeing if you still get the
error message when you regenerate.
You might also try breaking one of the entities in the chain into 2 pieces
and reassigning the start point of the chain to the breakpoint.
I've been able to make that work on occasion.
If all else fails, go to the Mastercam forum, and ask for advice there.
There are really knowledgeable guys in that group.
