Question - Slightly Off Topic - Need Help

With 1400+ members in the group now I thought there might be a possibility
that someone might be able to help me with this -

I recently acquired a Vidar Truscan 800 scanner but don't have the
instruction manuals or software for it - The Vidar people are not
particularly helpful - Does anyone out there have one, know someone who
does, or knows a group like this that might be able to help -
