Having great fun learning vector and German at the same time. Can a
German expert correct/fill in the extract from the help file below:

Excuse me for asking (couldn't get manual printed yet) but...

Autocad

Draw>polyline...

clickA...clickB....clickC....clickD

result - an entity of connected lines ABCD

or

clickA...x1,y1...x2,y2....x3y3

result - an entity of connected lines A(x1y1)(x2y2)(x3y3)

Vector

Draw>poly

result - dialog box requesting start & end coords (relative coord,
end coord of last line become start coord of next line)

Question: If I want to enter absolute coord like above (x1y1 etc) how
do I do that in vector

Is there a Vector equivalent to [object snap setting-running object
snap] re R14?
